I have to say, though being a “toast” is not sexy and uncool … what is said about me is mostly correct. Gasp! Old fashioned … skip … homebody, yes … comfort food, oh yes … love to cook for friends? Yep, that is me. Picking the best dish at a restaurant? Now I know why I always hold onto the menu and order for everybody! Ha ha ha.

Lani – You are cereal as well?! Looks like there are quite a number of “cereal” visiting my site! Come to think of it, most friends I have here in Singapore are not Cantonese. So when they come over and I cook them something simple, they always have this response of: hmmm, it tastes … interesting. Not sure what “interesting” exactly means.
Tigerfish – Oh dear. Maybe you are right. I think from now on I shall forget about cooking with stove but rather cook my meal with oven!
